How do I apply the nails and how long does it stay on?
Application is what matters most!
1-3 days: Choose a tab that fits the nail bed. Apply the tabs to all fingers. Remove the plastic film off, place press-ons, hold 30 secs (avoid water for 1-2 hours)
2 weeks: Apply glue on natural nails as well as the press-on at a 45 degree and press down firmly. Hold for 30 sec. Wipe away any glue that may been seeped out. (Best to do before bed)
1-2 weeks (Best if you want to reuse the nails): Apply tabs firmly on the back of the press-on. Apply glue on natural nail. Place press-ons and hold for 30 sec.

Can I reuse my nails?
Yes! The nails are 100% reusable with the proper care and hygiene. Please avoid harsh chemicals and roughness on the nails, and care for them as fragile items. Re-apply and remove with the steps provided in packaging.

My package is lost/delayed?
Once a package is shipped, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for anything that could be interfering with delivery on the buyers end (wrong address, missing apt #, unsuccessful deliveries due to gate codes, returning to sender due to ___, etc.) Delayed packages are expected during busier seasons. If your package is lost due to USPS issues, please message me on IG @naillzbychan or email pressnailsbychan@gmail.com and I will do my best to assist!

Will my press on nails look exactly like the product photo?
Due to the handmade process of crafting our press-on nails, slight variations may occur between each set. Additionally, please note that the final design may be adjusted slightly to suit the length and shape you've chosen.

Can I return/refund my set?
Since every set is custom and made to order, returns and refunds are not currently accepted. Thank you for understanding.
