Hi there, and welcome to Nails by Chan!🩷

I’m Chantal, a Jamaican living in Canada. I’m a mom of one and proud plant mom to about eight… so far. 🌱

I’ve loved doing nails ever since I was a teenager. I wasn’t allowed to wear nail polish at school, but every now and then I’d sneak a little color onto my pinky nail anyway. Before long, I became the family’s unofficial at home nail tech.

After moving to Canada, I started practicing Gel-X and completely fell in love with it. But spending hours applying a set and then drilling or soaking it off every couple of weeks became really time consuming. That’s when I started making press-on nails for myself, and I was hooked. They gave me the freedom to experiment with different styles, keep practicing my craft, and switch up my nails whenever I wanted without all the extra time.

Now we’re here, bringing a dream I’ve had for a long time to life. I’m so excited to share something I genuinely love with you, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.
